If you want to find a settlement and there is sufficient information to make a reasonable assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the case, yet there is difficulty in negotiating a settlement, you’re ready for mediation.

That’s where we can help. Talk to our Case Managers about your case and they will recommend the mediators with the most appropriate experience. If it helps, we will then contact the other parties to explain the procedure and encourage their participation.

If all parties are in agreement to mediate, In Place of Strife will submit the details and profiles of three or four experienced and appropriate commercial mediators for consideration.

Bear in mind that our Case Managers can also 'mediate the mediation'.  Where it might be difficult to agree the selection of the mediator or the date or the venue, our team, as neutrals, may be able to assist by working between the representatives of all parties.
