Charles Flint is a commercial barrister and CEDR-accredited mediator (1999) who mediates commercial disputes, primarily in the banking and financial services field. He is rated by Chambers 2011 as the leading barrister in financial services law. 

Charles leads the mediation group at Blackstone Chambers. He has been a keen exponent of mediation for many years. He brings to his field his knowledge of the commercial and financial markets and has acted as mediator in a number of substantial financial services and banking disputes, both in the UK and overseas. He has also acted as an early neutral evaluator appointed by the Commercial Court. Charles also mediates in the following areas:
