Ijeoma was called to the Bar in 1989. She specialises in employment law, discrimination law and equal pay and has particular experience of dealing with complex, high profile
and high value claims.

Ijeoma is a CEDR trained and accredited mediator and a former member of the Bar Workplace Mediation Project, which was chaired by John Bowers QC.

Since qualifying as amediator, Ijeoma hasmediated a range of factually complex and high value employment-related disputes involving both private and public sector employers. In addition, Ijeoma has mediated and co-mediated in commercial and partnership disputes, religious, interchurch, local authority and NHS hospital trust matters.
