Jane Mulcahy was called to the Bar in 1995 and is qualified as a CEDR-accredited mediator.
Prior to starting practice, Jane worked as a journalist, latterly as editorial director for a magazine publishing company. Her practice areas as a barrister are employment, sport, media and entertainment, public law and human rights. She sits on the English Cricket Board’s Appeals Panel in child protection cases. She advises sports governing bodies on a range of issues and has experience of arbitrating disputes between players and agents through her appointment on the Sports Resolutions’ list of arbitrators.
