Jennie was admitted as a Solicitor seventeen years ago and has practised as a specialist employment lawyer. She became a founder partner of a niche employment practice in the City, in 1999, actively supporting the use of ADR in dispute resolution.
Jennie was accredited as a mediator by CEDR in 2004 and has since pursued an independent career as mediator and lawyer. In 2007, Jennie completed MATA’s Advanced Mediator Training and in the same year was invited to participate in the Gibbons Review of the Employment Dispute Regulations and was active in lobbying for their repeal. Early dispute resolution in the workplace and boardroom disputes play a significant role in her mediation practice.
