Quentin Smith was formerly a partner with Addleshaw Goddard. He has been in the law since 1985, prior to which he was a manager of social work projects. Quentin specialises in commercial litigation, personal injury (particularly cases of utmost severity) and has extensive experience of professional negligence disputes. He became a CEDR accredited mediator in January 1998 and has been a full time mediator since May 2007.
