In Place of Strife welcomes two new chambers members to the team.
Wednesday, 2nd September 2009
In Place of Strife, The Mediation Chambers, is joined by two new mediator members, Michael Cover and Adrian Llewelyn-Evans, for whom the Chambers will provide full administration and marketing support.
Michael Cover, a barrister and solicitor, has been a partner with Charles Russell and is now a consultant there. He is a litigation lawyer with particular experience in intellectual property. For many years a commercial mediator, he has recently added family mediation to his range of skills. Typical of the consistently good feedback he receives is: 'No one could have done more than [Michael] to encourage and move the parties to a settlement.?¬¢‚Äö?ᬮ¬¨??
Adrian Llewelyn-Evans, until recently a partner at Burges Salmon, is now a full-time mediator with a formidable reputation built up over more than ten years as a mediator. Chambers Guide reports that 'his indefatigable attitude and ability to home in on the issues and discard the irrelevancies are highly prized?¬¢‚Äö?ᬮ¬¨?? and he is 'enjoying a stellar reputation [as a] high quality, modern thinker?¬¢‚Äö?ᬮ¬¨??.
