Beverly-Ann Rogers is a senior chancery commercial
barrister and a CEDR accredited mediator since 1999. She
furthered her understanding of the dynamics of disputes
and successful resolution on the Harvard Law School’s
Negotiation Programme in 2002 and the Advanced
Mediator Training in 2005. She is a member of the CEDR
lead training faculty and regularly runs mediation
workshops.
