“Absolutely outstanding at winning the confidence of parties and brokering a successful deal.”
“A superb mediator.”
“Clients are delighted with her performance, describing her style as tough when necessary and displaying both warmth and humanity.”

Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession, 2001-07

Beverly-Ann Rogers is a senior chancery commercial barrister and a CEDR accredited mediator since 1999. She furthered her understanding of the dynamics of disputes and successful resolution on the Harvard Law School’s Negotiation Programme in 2002 and the Advanced Mediator Training in 2005. She is a member of the CEDR lead training faculty and regularly runs mediation workshops.

Beverly-Ann has a diverse mediation practice with experience of multi-party and cross-cultural disputes including:

• Commercial contracts
• Company and shareholder disputes
• Partnerships
• Property (commercial and residential)
• Rights of way, restrictive covenants, adverse possession and boundary disputes
• Trust and probate
• Professional negligence
• Employment
• Charity disputes
• Taxation

Beverly-Ann is particularly skilled in mediating disputes which involve the breakdown of a close relationship, whether family or professional, where mediation offers an opportunity for both commercial resolution and reconciliation or, at least, effective closure.
