““Compassionate
and wise”
“Straightforward and commercial”
“Persuasive
facilitator of a settlement”
“An extremely
clever and engaging mediator.” Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession,
2003-07
“William (Bill)Marsh
is considered 'simply a natural.' He combines an 'assured
reading of the law' with 'robustness' and 'commercial
flair. Being 'tenacious without appearing chasing' his
ability to sustain dialogue and 'really bring people
together' in the most difficult and legally demanding
cases wins plaudits from clients in many sectors. Clients
are keen to recommend him.” Legal 500, 2007
