Formerly a partner in the disputes group of international law firm, White & Case, Jon has for some time now practised as a full-time mediator. He has mediated a wide variety of disputes, many of which have been multi-party, both in the UK and overseas. The areas in which Jon mediates include:

He is a Law Society accredited civil and commercial mediator and a panel member of the Court of Appeal mediation scheme.

Jon is author of the book, 'A Practical Guide to Mediation in Intellectual Property, Technology & Related Disputes' published by Sweet & Maxwell in 2006.
