Jon has for some time now practised as a full-time mediator.

a Law Society accredited civil and commercial mediator and a panel
member of the Court of Appeal mediation scheme.
Jon is author of
the book, 'A Practical Guide to Mediation in Intellectual Property,
Technology & Related Disputes' published by Sweet & Maxwell
in 2006.
