Following a recent mediation a client said of her, “The role of the mediator in bringing the parties to a successful conclusion requires outstanding skill and professionalism and that was most evident in [her] handling of the case. [She] provided us with excellent guidance and [her] understanding of the various parties together with the legal and commercial complexities was truly outstanding and gave us much confidence.”

Presiley was Counsel for the Inquiry into Exports of Defence Equipment and Dual Use Goods to Iraq (The Scott Inquiry) from 1993-1996, and Counsel for the tribunal in two child abuse enquiries, Jasmine Beckford and Kimberley Carlile. She was the first woman to be appointed to the “A” Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown (Common Law).
