If you want to find a
settlement and there is sufficient information to make a reasonable assessment
of the strengths and weaknesses of the case, yet there is difficulty in
negotiating a settlement, you’re ready for mediation.
That’s where we can help. Talk to us about your case and we will
recommend the panel member with the most appropriate experience. If
it helps, we will then contact the other parties to explain the procedure
and encourage their participation.
If all parties are in agreement to mediate, In Place of Strife will submit
the details and CVs of three or four experienced and appropriate commercial
mediators for consideration.
